I just started with Simple Fit and yesterday started with Level 5 D1. How long do you recommend I do each level? Should I start Level 6 next week or next month?
Any advice is appreciated.
When your Day 3 time is 5:00 or under, you should advance to the next level. This doesn’t mean you must. If you spend an extra week or two to really get your strength and endurance ready for the next challenge, you won’t be sorry.
