    Actually this is one of the “girls” workout of the day (WOD) on Crossfit. This is one of my top end goals to complete. What a challenge:

    1 mile run

    100 pullups

    100 pushups

    100 squats

    1 mile run

    I love the YouTube comments pointing out that the pull-ups are bad form because they’re kipping pull-ups. Man, I don’t care how you do your pull-ups, if you’re doing 100 of them, that’s fit.

    I totally agree. Until I see a video of someone doing 100 dead-hang pull ups, she’s my hero.

    Kipping actually allows you to work in other muscles too. Not just biceps, lats and abs.

    I wish I could get kipping down. Never have been able to do that all that well. But I’m in total agreement. I don’t care who you are… If you can do a Murph you are fit.

    Had a group tell me today that squats below parallel and kipping pullups was bad for you. Ah well to each his own I guess.

    I’m just sold on the whole thing. I love this stuff!!

    Hey Kevin!

    Yeh I started with that video. I still have problems with the push back for some reason.

    Course I have an issue with height too. My bar is just low enough for me to touch ground. I think I use that as a crutch a lot when I’m trying to kip. I’d like to set something up where it was a lot higher and practice with it.

    If I can ever get past my video illiteracy I’ll send it in for some critique at Crossfit.
