Ive been following the Simplefit program for a while now and really should be recording my stats somewhere so no better place than here I guess!
Currently Level 2..
Today,16th December was “Endurance” – 30 rounds
My last ” Strength” was 4m35sec
and last “Judgement” was timed at 6m20sec.

Last night was conditioning night with 1 1/2 hours of five a side football.
A real good workout that I enjoy loads too.
OK, I did an untimed Strength day followed by a 30 minute run today.
Have already started to slacken off with christmas coming though which is worrying.
I dont want to get into that “I’ll eat what I like and start again 1st January” mentality..
Yeah, I kinda noticed that no one’s doing anything!
