Amasing watching that girl do that workout but wasent she doing the squats kinda fast.Wouldnt it be b etter to do the same amount but slower and controlled.It looked hard on her knees.
If your body can handle it that type of explosive power builds allot of strength, but I personally go at a much slower pace as my main goal is long term health and at 39 my old joints would complain to loudly
OMG these girls are fantastic, now I know what I wanna be when I grow up LOL.
Every time I feel like I need a bit of inspiration I’m going to go back and watch those nasty girls.
