    WARNING! English is not mine native language :D

    25 years old male.

    Started smoking at age of 14, so I was always week and skinny, but I have decided to change.

    January 4th 2012 I quited smoking, recently I started simplefit program and I like it.

    Exercises keeps me away from cigarettes, and I want to keep it that way :D

    Mine main goal is to “repair” lungs, so in mine rest days I do stair climbing.

    Short term goals : 30 push-ups in a row. Last time I tried I did 20

    Week 1

    L1D1 = 26

    L1D2 = 3:34 [00:48, 00:44, 00:43, 00:41, 00:42]

    L1D3 = 3:52 + 4:15 ~ It was too easy, so I did it twice

    Week 2

    L2D1 = 21 + 15

    L2D2 = 4:41 [00:54, 00:57, 00:56, 00:58, 00:56] L2D2 = 4:42 [00:50, 00:54, 00:54, 01:04, 01:00]

    L2D3 = 4:45

    Week 3

    L3D1 = 16+16

    L3D2 = 4:47 [00:54, 00:58, 01:00, 00:58, 00:57] L3D2 4:24 [00:52, 00:53, 00:54, 00:52, 00:53]

    L3D3 = 5:28

    Week 4

    L3D1 = 23

    L3D2 = 3:58 [00:48, 00:49, 00:49, 00:48, 00:44]

    L3D3 = 5:02

    Week 5

    L3D1 = 24

    L3D2 = 3:31 [00:43, 00:41, 00:44, 00:42, 00:41]

    L3D3 = 4:36

    Week 6

    L1D1 = 45

    L4D2 = 4:32 [00:54, 00:54, 00:52, 00:56, 00:56]

    Stairs climbing 750 steps up and down

    Aug 02 = 14:18

    Aug 07 = 13:02

    Aug 09 = 13:45

    L1D2 was to easy, I don’t find it challenging.

    That means you’ll likely move up a level pretty soon. I also find D2 the easiest. My routine now is whenever I get the D2 rounds below 1 minute, I shorten the breaks between rounds. I also put a strong emphasis on working on form on D2

    Did L2D1 twice today.

    Of course I had 12 hours break between those.

    20mins = 21

    20mins = 15

    This was hard… :D

    Doubling D1 was a great idea, L2D2 was much harder than L1D2 :D

    Here are the times

    L2D2 = 4:41

    00:54

    00:57

    00:56

    00:58

    00:56

    Pullu-ps are still too hard for me…so I mix them with chin-ups

    Took 8 hours break and repeated L2D2, I was only 1 sec slower

    L2D2 = 4:42

    00:50

    00:54

    00:54

    01:04

    01:00

    And I had a nice walk-run….over 13 kilometers. This was insane!! I will remember this day for sure, it took me over 3 hours….

    I couldn’t breath ( quited smoking 6 months ago ) and I even throw up @ half way 🙄 6Km was easy, but return was a nightmare 😡

    L3D3 = 5:28 failed :(

    Mixed pullu-ps and chin-ups, they killed me because I did those in 1:30

    Was out of strenght @ puhs-ups.

    Squats were kinda hard 😆
