I have read a lot regarding the zone diet and would like to confirm that I understand correctly.
To overly summarize, it sounds like one should eat more to lose fat. Eat more primarily meaning low gi carbs. It seems like an awful lot of vegatables and salads.
If this is correct, my habit of not eating breakfast has to change. I think the rest of my eating habits are pretty much in line.
Yep.. breakfast is a must-do. Doesn’t mean you have to go over the top, just get some fuel in your bod to kick start the engine and get the furnace burning .
