Does this routine work your entire body? Yes. All three exercises work the entire body. Push-Ups and Pull-Ups, specifically, do require a lot of stabilization "core" work. How long should the routines of Day 2 and 3 take? D2 doesn't need to be timed, really. If your D3 takes more than 20 ...

As long as you have arms and legs, you can progress to pushups, imo.

its better to do dumbell press on a stable bench than on bed. when it comes to dumbell press its all about balance if you dont have the balance it wont effect the right area. so jut get a small home made bench and do the workout. or do some push ups. It's been a few days since I started this thread...
