So, so busy! Sorry it took so long to answer! Hernia surgery last August took me off the program. Then work got busy, Then I had to demount my pull-up bar to renovate my living room. Day 2 has always been surprisingly hard. Even without the vest, it is rare that I get through all reps of push-ups in a single set during the last two rounds. Adding the weight vest hasn't helped with that! Also, I am having to break up the pull-ups in the last two rounds as well.
