First week had went well. Finished day 3 lvl 1 30 body rows, 21 push ups and 21 squats!

Well Im back after few yrs away! Level 1 day 1 29 rounds not bad considering I also did the Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 Bench press program. Currently doing the 5/3/1 program, This and Krav Maga cpl times!

I looked up this book I remembered from my teen years, I had checked it out from my local library when i was looking into joining after high school. Whewww who!! Knocked like a minute off of Levl4 day 3! I think maybe running is helping! BTW been using Insulin resistance diet!
