It is like asking, how fast is this car supposed to go?

It depends on how much you press the pedals, though the model of car affects the speed.

Just wondering, do you perform deadlifts ? Cause it seems to me you lack some definition in lowerback. However great progress on pecs and arms.

I use the timer at Speedbag Forum . It doesn't save your times like chronme.com , but it can count down or up, it lets you have a countdown to the start of your workout, and it can do intervals. Once you have the timer set up the way you like, you can save the setting. I've got Tabata, Day 1 and Da...

Well finally I got a job and moved to another town so I had to stop simplefit for a little while. During this period I tried to increase my pull up count. I tried pyramidal sets and increased my PR of pullups from 5 to 9. Also I have been trying to do the handstand and I almost have it. I did L3D3 t...

Do a Day 3. If you can do that Day 3 work out under 5 minutes, you can advance to the next level.

seeing that i only managed 8 pull-ups, i will stay on L1 for another week. another thing that will keep me on L1 is the fact that i'm actully doing chin-ups and not pull-ups. Maybe this was my mistake - I didn't know there was a difference between pull-ups and chin-ups. Anyone care to enlighten me?...

Time to log things..

This saturday I went to the field to test L4. After I started I realized that I was doing pullups so slow so I did L2D3 instead. time was 4:30

So today I did L3D1 for 23 rounds. Pullups were really tough.

I guess I will be doing L3 for 1 or 2 weeks before jumping to L4.
