taking a break
Well, I'll be taking a break for a while -- had my little finger fractured at hockey last night. Seeing a hand specialist in the morning.

When you say that pull-ups are an issue for you...do you mean you can't do them at all? Or don't have access to a pull-up bar?

Just in case: Am I correct in assuming that it's ok to break up the pullups into sets and still progress or should I stick with lvl 2 'till I can crank out 13 reps? The thing to remember is to complete all the pull-ups before moving on to the push-ups. Ps: Simplefit is agreeing with me.. It's fun!!...

Is it okay to move up right away, I was figuring I would just progress through each week as I can? I chose to do each level instead of skip ahead, but on the early levels I opted to skip some rest days. I just listened to my body and did a level when I felt up to it. I can't remember when I started...

Week 16 was a rest week for me, so I did L3. Week 17 is when I resumed L7. That pretty much went as I expected. Nice gain on D1 and nearly identical D2 and D3s. I then went out of town for a week and didn't have access to a pull-up bar. So I didn't do all that much except fish and jump off the raft ...

I want to blame the vhost config for the charting issue. I can offer no explanation as to why it wasn't working and now is...initial forum index page is quick now, too.

not sure on rest week
Not sure about an answer for you on the rest week. When I've dropped down, I've gone all out. Normal Rest Weeks 1-5 -- Week 6: L1 Weeks 7-10 -- Week 11: L2 Weeks 12-15 -- Week 16: L3 For me, it's been just right. I've been incrementing the rest week levels each time. That should make for an interest...

Thanks -- I tend to just edit my first post in the logs, so it appears that I don't check in that often. Edits don't make the post updated so my log drifts down the page.
