L2D3 4'51" didnt have to race through the squats like last time so I will progress to L3 now.

was unable to do L2D1 this week. Did L2D2 ad forgot to save my times. but they were better than last weeks. First three rounds were from 54-58 seconds with about 1-1.5 minutes rest between. 4th round a bit over a minute. then a long rest(3:20) . (my 4yo son woke up and was hungry)before round 5 and ...

even though i did it in under 5' I think i will give L2 another week. I had to really push ti finish in under 5' and i raced through the squats.

L2D2- 5'46" but 13' if i include rest
i have decided to do SF M-W-F, BUT i will do my day 3s on mondays so that i have 2 days of recovery for that test.

on level 2 this week but did Level 1 Day one so i could put more energy into pullups which is the exercise that needs the most work. L1D1- 30 rnds

after a way to long time away from exercise i am finally back at it. Decided to start easy therefore started again at level one. also knew i ddnt want to suffer severe soreness so only did 10 minutes of D1 L1D1 10 minutes 16 rnds (I only did 15 for the full 20 minutes when i started SF last july) L1...

wow, cant beleive i missed a week! went to L3D1 today, only got 16 rounds in as my 30 son woke up abotu 15 minutes in. oh well, the pullups are definately getting easier.

rest week L1D2- 5'06" total including rest. I did not bother to rest much if any between sets so i just set the timer and did the 5 rounds.

after than a longer than expected lay off i started with a "rest week" dropped back 2 levels to L1D1. did 35 rounds. am amazed at how differnt it was from the 1rst time in which i did l1d1 in which i only did 15 rnds! that was only 6 or so weeks ago. this time the limitting factor was much...

tried L3D3 yesterday and it was an absolute failure! not sure what is wrong but on pullups i would feel serious pain where my abs fastin to my rib cage. I quit at 13 pullups. I think i need to work on form. I realized I am combining leg raises with the pullup to help cheat my way up. I also think it...

when I do the pullup portion i alternate my grips palms out (pullup) palms in (chinup) palms faceing each other. L3D2 5'10" only 4 sec faster than last week but cut the rest time between sets by about 30 seconds.

no are not to weak for it. we all have to start somewhere. Keep doing what you are doing, you will be suprised how fast you will be able to do unassisted pullups and full pushups.
