L1D3 (take it easy week): 2:35 Pullups: 6, 2, 1, 1 Pushups: 21 ( PR +2 ) Squats: 21 40 second plank x 2 6 chinups 3 neutral grip pullups Time 0:45 worse than my L1D3 PR but that is probably due to my adjusting to complete ROM dead hang pullups. On the other hand I hit a PR with 21 straight push-ups....

5 neutral grip pullups.
Easy workout. Tried neutral grip pullups for the first time. Something I need to work on. Maybe I'll start alternating grips on pullups next week.

L1D1 (Take it easy week): 34 rounds ( PR +3 ) 30 + 30 second plank after. I was going for 40, trying to do 10 every 5 minutes. I got to 20 at about 10:45 but slowed down a lot at this point. I was at thirty at the 18:20 mark ang pushed to do 4 more. Guess I still had some more in me and the fatigue ...

Thanks polarbear. Consistency + determination to keep improving and it's actually not that hard.
Maybe when I get to the level that you're at it will be a different story. We'll see.

I'm at L3 and close to beating it and my best L1D1 is less than half of what you just did. Maybe you should start at L5D1?
