thanks for the encouragement guys. Hi all, Any suggestions for good recipes that can be made ahead and frozen in single serving sizes without them tasting like crap upon reheating? I make a lot of chili now and freeze it in the small "disposable" tupperware type containers you can buy, but I'm getting kind of burned out on ...

Well, so far so good. I did the level one workout on Mon, Wed, and This morning, and walked to work twice this week. I think I could keep this up, spending 15-25 minutes a few times a week really isn't too hard. We'll see. I've got to say though, bodyweight squats are a lot damn harder than I though...
