Week 4 L4D1 Worked out late yesterday and was too lazy to post. The 2 pull ups per round is still holding me from doing more rounds. Pushs Ups and squats are not much of an issue. Did the maximum I could and sweated really well. It doesn't matter even if I don't get over this round this week itself...

L3D3 Just finished L3D3. Pull ups were comparatively easier than push ups today, dunno why. Was finding it hard to finish the push ups in good form. Squats were easy as usual. Planning to try jumping squats in the coming rounds. I just made it to level 4 so I think things are getting tougher now. W...

L3D2 Woke up late today and so didn't feel like working out in the morning. Finished L3D2 about 15 minutes back. First two rounds were comparatively slow maybe because of the lack of proper warm up. Gained pace in the remaining rounds. Took rest of about 30-45 seconds between rounds. Sweated really...

Week 3 L3D1 So the number of pull ups increased from 1 to 2/round and that really killed me. I was finding it difficult to push on to the next round just because my hands were feeling weak because of pull ups, though I could do the push ups with ease. Did the ab routine and cardio. Sweated good and I've got to get rid of that little fat deposition around the belly area to get those abs out. Gonna try hard for it. Tomorrow is the judgement of L2. Hoping that it would go well.

Just completed L2D2. Though the last round was a bit challenging, showed no signs of sweating or panting.
