L5D1 16 rounds
Rings make pull-ups much tougher. I know in the long run they will help me strengthen all around so I don't mind the struggle.

Just received my rings yesterday. I thought I would try to do the workout using rings for pull-ups and diamond push-ups. This made the workout tougher. Felt good about it in the end.

L3D1 34 rounds.
I almost started into L5 and my arms reminded me that they needed a break, so not too far in, I switched gears and did L3D1. Four more rounds than the last time I was at L3.

L5D3 Total time 6:10 Pull-ups 12,4,3,2,2,2,1 Push-ups 30,15,6 Squats 41,10 That was a hard one. The pull-ups did me in and the last few were of poor form. Yep, you did a work out, you logged it, we see that you are back at it, now do another one. Won't be long before you have a bunch strung together and your muscles will remember what to do.

Tough workout. It is hot out and I could feel the heat oppression. I prayed to make it to twenty rounds and made it to 21 because f#ck you. Then the timer went off while I was doing the first pull up on the next set so I completed the 22nd set because f#ck you…you.
