Re: Off days?
I would just concentrate on doing the best you can with SF for now and worry about the off days in the future. You need the off days to recover. Everyone is different. Everyone's endurance is different. As the saying goes -- "one day at a time." Don't exhaust yourself.

Re: Ruli's Log
I never achieve high levels of rounds on day 1 either. I used to get intimidated by others cranking out 30 or 40 rounds, but then I figured I am doing what I can do. You are moving up quite fast thru levels so you are doing something right since you are mastering day 3 requirements. I am on my third...

Re: Browndogs Log
It's nice to have an outdoor workout space. The pull up bar looks high -- maybe it is an illusion. What's the green thing on the wall with the handle ?? I have to go to a park if I want to get my SF in outside. Keep training Brown. Good Luck.

Re: crpoulio's Log
I know if you are doing body rows as a sub for pullups you are to do 3 for 1, but I don't think it is necessary if you are doing modified push-ups. You must be exhausted. Maybe someone else will chime in about this.

Re: Just finished my first week (lvl 1) . 1 question :)
It's great you can do 7 consecutive pullups during your first week. Congrats. Did you already have a level of fitness before you started ?
