Good job on the workout. I think mark sissons' book was about not stressing to much on the diet but just letting it be natural. Don't get those cortisol levels up. But anyway keep it up.

Yeah I understand about the being challenged part for the lower levels. Eventually when I complete level 8 I plan on starting back at level 1 with harder variations either weight vest or hindu pushups and than change to towel pullups, and probably still a weight vest for the squats. Awesome dude more rounds and a 2lb drop can't ask for much more. Are you following a specific diet or just eating sensible? I think with the weight drop and the strength you are gaining from the workouts you will be off that band in no time. Keep pushing!

So this is a hard question to answer your gonna see people everywhere swear up and down that that perfect form is the only way to go and then your gonna have the other people that say some slop is ok.
