They are spammers or link farmers or something. When I see them, I tell the Admin (Kevin McKay) and he deletes their accounts. Don't bother replying. I get rid of them as fast as I can. Oh, much better thanks. Still swells up from time to time, but generally no pain at all. I went skating twice on the weekend at a Power Skating clinic. (Same coach, same clinic at which I broke my ankle!)

For me it's two things that result in the improving times: Getting more warmed up (higher heart rate and respiration, warmer muscles) as I go through the workout. Getting better at the movements too. Both of those could really be described as "getting warmed up," but I like the distinction...
