Matt,
Great work. Here is a reminder from an earlier post of where you came from.

Hey Matt,

Don't go at it too hard this evening, ease back into it.

And thank you for the inspiration you have given me.

Cheapo,

You've made amazing progress in a short time and have provided inspiration and support for so many. I'm sure there a lot of people out there that miss your regular contributions ...

Active within the last 30 days sounds reasonable. I was thinking it could be another button on the log page as part of "You may also" next to "Compare your progress with others".

I think this a great tool as well. It certainly helps motivate me to improve while working at the same level for several weeks.

One other idea than may be of interest to others. Would it be possible to post a table of how many people are currently working each level?

Again, thanks for the tool.

Add some 10 second sprints to the jogging and you probably won't need a longer route to break a sweat. You'll be done faster and also improve your anaerobic threshold.

As a new member on level one, I too was concerned about an abs workout so I did a couple of 1 minute planks. The next day my abs were complaining with every pull-up and push-up. So my response it that both push-ups and pull-ups workout the abs.

Thanks for the nod. And my tongue-in-cheek reply regarding pullups is this "hang in there" Seems particularly appropriate. Hanging there is a lot easier than pulling up ... L1D2 today. Did the 5 rounds in 9 minutes including resting 1 minute in between. I'm really pleased with 5 reps of 6...

Thanks for the response. I did L1D1 again yesterday and completed 22 reps in 17 minutes as opposed to 20 reps the previous time when I was sore. Guess what, I'm not sore. It's amazing how quickly the body is able adapt. I spent quite a lot of time yesterday reading through this forum and have learnt...

Day3 and Pavel's ladder?

Newbie here. I started Level 1 Day 1 last week and was quite sore for a couple of days... I just repeated L1D1 this morning so we'll see how I feel tomorrow. I'm really excited about this simple fitness program. I do a fair amount of cycling and so the squats are easy. I was horrified to find how li...
