Still Plugging Along Level SIX Day 1: 22 Rounds Day 2: 5:32 Day 3: 4:57 Pull Ups 15, 10, 7 Push Ups 30. 16, 16, 8, 4 Squats 64 I am planning to stay at level SIX until I can do 32 Pull Ups, 64 Push ups and 64 Squats with out resting during the exercise. Muscle is heavier than fat. Doesn't look like you have much fat to lose so you should gain weight as you build muscle.
