Ab wheel

Has anyone else out there tried one? My kids were nice enough to give me an ab wheel for Father's Day. I did just one rollout and rollback yesterday and I'm paying for it today. I think it cost me a few rounds on L6D1

I made the homemade wheel in the article and yes, it's hard. Right now I'm only able to do it from the knee position ...

I've seen that video. That's why I was probably talking about it around the house and my wife overheard me. Ross makes it look so easy. then again, he makes everything look easy. His skipping video astounds me every time I watch it.
