I have read a lot about fitness recently. I keep hearing about "engaging your core". I understand you have to engage your core like you are about to be punched in the stomach.
I was wondering if I have to do this for the Simplefit workout routines? Also what kind of benefits will there be with engaging my core?
I just wanted opinions from this forum. A lot of people here know more about fitness than I do.

Definitely.
Always, Always, Always stay tight. Never never never completely relaxed. bad habits die hard and injuries occur when the body is sloppy.
