I'm on level 6 and I feel like i'll be hitting level 7 in the next week or two. I'm looking to add some more challenges to my regiment. I was looking around on the site, and found Intermediate Simplefit.
Has anyone tried the intermediate simplefit? (http://www.simplefit.org/intermediate-b ... cises.html)
I'm looking for some tips on when a good time to switch would be, and what challenges the intermediate brings.

I havent tried this one yet. I pretty much moved on into the crossfit arena. I like the exercises though. The only thing I think I would adjust personally is anything isometric. The L hangs and planks I would most likely convert to toes to bar or knees to bar as they are a crossfit standard. Nothing wrong with the static holds but I don't like the idea of doing something for time when I know that no improvement can be made on an exercise that holds for a set amount of time. Just a personal thing.
