Hi, In a few weeks I plan on starting SF. Right now I'm working on finishing the 100 pushups, 200 situps, 200 squats, and 25 pull ups programs. My goal though is to start MMA training after I get a good strength and cardio base. I was thinking of starting after I beat Level five.
My question though is should I just redo the day one training for day two seeing as MMA takes a lot of cardio or do day two with a weight vest. Thank you for any help you guys provide
