I have written my records each time and also looked in the mirror

I think about switching out of Simplefit for a bit for perhaps, a rather "normal" program for a couple of weeks, in order to 'shock' my body for further gains.
Are there any opinions regarding this? I think about keeping Day 1 though, because I truly like it.
If you guys can share some of your experience and advices, please go ahead because I think I need them
