Im new here. Im 27, male, 190 cm tall and weight 96 kg.
I have one question regarding biology. I am going to the gym for some time now and I am starting to see that my left breast muscle is stronger than my right one. It is also very visible when muscles are tense - if I look myself in the mirror while I do chest exercise. (I can bench press about max 110kg at the moment)
Now I understand that these might be genetics playing around. But is there a way for me to even-out this "anomaly"?
What is the best approach to do this? Using dumbbells instead for all chest exercise?
