Should I use this product for Bodyweight Exercises? Only supplement I use, is there something best fitted for body weight exercises?

Being a gym trainer, I never recommend any kind of Pre Workout pills to anyone. These pills work quickly but they can harm internal organs. I prefer taking Green supplements. Along with the complete nutrients they provide instant energy to the body.
