In fairness I'm on poor sleep and was distracted half way through for few minutes.

I have still been training.
Finally completed L8D3 in 10 mins.
I adjusted the program, increasing the Day 1 workout to 30 minutes, and Day 2 I changed to AMRAP of the prescriped reps in 30 mins also. I also added a Day 4 as a 'ladder workout'. 1x pullups, 2x pushups, 3x squats. Add 1 rep each round. I.e. the 2nd round would be 2 pullups, 4 pushups, 6 squats. I do that for 30 mins max effort also.
Now I'm onto weighted vest version of the above - 5kg added to the vest.
