Warmed up 5 minutes
Dead hang pullups/chinups alt.
Pushups with handles
Squats butt-to-floor
Finished with 3x10 reverse situps

Ran/walked 60/90s - 20 minutes
5 minute warmup
Ran fairly hard on the 60 portions

Skipped to L1D3, so I can start a MWF routine on Monday.

Wasn't as bad as I thought - was able to power through all 10 pullups (okay, chinups) without a break. Still going to start Monday on L1D1, but push it a little harder this time...
Really looking forward to doing this routine regularly. It's great stuff.
Skipped to L1D3, so I can start a MWF routine on Monday.

Ran hard on the 90s, easy on the 3 mins.

Next week I'll try the intermediate exercises for L3. Probably sub out the inverted pullups, not having quite enough faith in my own carpentry skills to believe my pullup bar won't send me crashing to my doom.
Then on to L4...
