Warmup 5 minutes, ran easy 25, cooldown 5 minutes.

L3D3 -- 3:08.
Warmed up a full 10 minutes, then broke up sets like this (pullups/pushups/squats):

Then ran the SimpleFit Week 1 challenge-thing -- 3 rounds of sprint all-out for 1 minute, 2 minutes walk (jogging the 2 was out of the question).
The whole thing kicked my ass pretty good.

Took a nice fast 30 minute walk to and from the bookstore. Not a workout, as such, but hey, I was movin'.

L4D1 -- 21 rounds
Did it on the assist pullup/dip machine at the gym at work, subbed dips for pushups. Hey kids! Wanna feel like a pansy for your D1 workout? Sub dips for pushups! I was gassed at 17, had to use the assist at 45 pounds for the last four sets.
Finished off with hanging leg raises x 20.

L4D2 -- unknown time, the whole thing was a mess.
Did it at the work gym, subbed dips for pushups, until I realized that 12 dips after 4 pullups is kind of deadly. Did wall-balls w/20 pound ball for squats.
3 reps as rx'd, then some dude wanted to work in on the pullup bar. He then proceeded to monopolize it for a long time (what are you, gonna marry this thing?), so I went off to do dips and squats, then returned to find my pullup form had gone to hell and I could only manage 3. Yeesh.
Bailed, then did 3 rounds on the heavy bag -- 3 minute rounds with 1-ish minutes rest. It just about killed me, my heart was beating so fast at the end... I have a feeling I'm going to be living in L4 for a while.
