Ran 5/1 intervals x 4, for 23 minutes of running. 'Bout 11 minute/mile pace.
Running a 5K this weekend for the LA Cancer Challenge. Woefully unprepared. Ran 30:29 last year, was hoping to break 30 this year, but doesn't seem likely given my anemic training schedule. Oh well. It's all about, you know. Curing cancer, right?
Ran 5/1 intervals x 4, for 23 minutes of running. 'Bout 11 minute/mile pace.

Dr. visit for checkup, 171 pounds, all seems good.
Walked fast 30 minutes with 22 pound baby strapped to me, periodic insane bouncing, which she finds eternally hilarious.
1/21/09
L2D2: around 5 minutes. Ran it :55, :58, :58, :59, :55.
Finished off with 21 pushups, and 15 each crunches/reverse crunches/bicycles per side.
