Aight. I'm a ~175cm ~47kg male in my twenties and I've always been as skinny as a stick. I've been smoking for around 3 years and I seldom exercise... until last Sunday when I decided it was time for a change.
So here goes:
Pull-ups and squats hardly make me break a sweat but push-ups, for some reason, are really
exhausting. I guess it's my triceps causing the problem because it gets easier when keeping my hands wide apart while doing the push-ups.. Any tips?
