Also did 43 pushups for the 2009 Push-Up challenge.
My boss and I also modified the push-up challenge to the 2009 pull-up challenge. Instead of doing an additional pull-up everyday, we do an additional pull-up for every week of the year. So this week is week 6 of 2009. So everyday, we do 6 pull-ups. Next week, it will be 7 pull-ups. Hopefully by the last week of 2009, it will be 52 pull-ups!

No. I do the Simplefit workout first. Once SF is finished I move onto the Pushup and Pullup challenge. So for example today I did L4D2. I did 5 rounds for time of 4 pull-ups, 12 push-ups and 20 squats. Then I did 43 pushups and 6 pull-ups. So total push-ups for the day 103 and total pull-ups are 26.

Yeah, the end of the year will be interesting. Right now, the pushup challenge is proving to be interesting. Everyday I'm having to eke out 1 more. Yesterday I couldn't pound out 42 in a row so I broke it into two sets of 21 with 15s break in between. Today I was able to knock off 43 in a row. Go figure.

Kicked my butt today. Going to reassess the push-up challenge and pull-up challenge. Well, ask me again in 10 minutes, ha!

Now a rest week!! WOOHOOOO!
