L3D2: Untimed - focusing on form.
Pullups were ok although I'm still using neutral grip. I think if I tried a proper pullup I'd be back on L1 for weeks!
Pushups were good, I tried to keep them steady and not rely too much on gravity on the down part.
Squats were fine. I did these nice and slow so as to feel it in my legs.
D3's going to be tough - I think 6-7 minutes is a fair target (and yes I'm aware that putting a guess down could be hugely embarrassing when it comes to posting my actual result!).

just try a couple of them every now and again.
but heck, who am i to give advice - we started SF at the same time and u'r on L3 already - me, i've only done one week of L2 so far!
