I have heard rumors that there will be dancing girls and hooters girls....WOOHOO!! It is a Rock n Roll Marathon and supposedly there will be a lot of bands playing of course it begins and ends on the "Las Vegas Strip".

Thank you for the words of encouragement, now if I can just get past this L7,,,

L7D2 7:14 with almost 4 minutes of breaks in there (Total time:11:14)

This was after a 6mile run (1:08)

6 mile run (1:08) Then L7D3 6:02 I believe that is about 50 seconds faster than last time, but still too slow. Next week L7 AGAIN.

Started back at D1 L7 with 23 rounds. Prior to that rode bike for 40 min...12.21 miles avg. speed 18+.

L7D2 again. 6:58 with 1 min rest between rounds. Oh yeah, This was after a 40 min bike ride at 20mph for 13.4 miles.

1 hour bike ride (21.1 miles) then L7D3...Still too slow...5:42, but slowly getting closer to 5:00

I am thinking that my 16 mile run in the morning will be a killer. I think I am getting too old for this...LOL.

I know it sucks to not be where yoü want to be no matter what level you're on but seriously you are rockin awesome and will have L7 licked soon.

Been a while but I finally did L7D3 in 5:00:99. I assume that since it didn't go a whole second over 5 minutes I still did it, Right?

Yeah, buddy on to level 8. I looked at the advanced part and I swear it will be easier. I can already 1 arm push ups( I do 10 every 3 miles when I run) and Handstand pushups I can do 3 or 4, but 1 legged squats will kill me I am afraid.

Did L8D1 20 rounds after 50 min's of bike intervals. Now I am feeling old. However, I do feel like I can make it through level 8 before I turn 54.
