OK back at it for serious.
I haven't posting but I have been working out. Unless its like against the rules i'm just going to start posting after ANY workout I do. It will keep me better accountable and I'll have a good record to look back on.
Date: 11-02-09 Crossfit Day
Warm-up: 10 each overhead squat, front squat, back squat. 20 each of air squats, sit-ups, knee push-ups. 500 meter row

3 rounds for time: 10 hang cleans 45lbs, 8 pushups, 6 pull-ups
time was 6.16 mins, until further noted any and all pushups listed will be on the knees and pull-ups are jumping.

L1 D3
Rested thurs, decided to workout at home tonight so I did a little of everything. Did not complete my usual warm up. I did D3 in 3.5 min doing jumping pullups and knee pushups. Then I did a scaled version of a crossfit workout called ANNIE. The rxd wod is 50-40-30-20-10 of double unders and situps. That's 50 DU and 50 situps then 40 and 40 etc. I can barely jumprope. So no double unders. I did 40-30-20-10-5 of just jumping rope and situps for time 11 mins. So yeah go me! Whoohoo.
Crossfit Day
I rowed and rowed and rowed. 3 sets of 5 minutes. Almost hit 3000 meters. I'm just glad I finished.
