Week 31
L6D1: Okay, so L6 is the level where the pushups and squats started to catch up with me from a muscular endurance standpoint. Managed 18 torturous rounds.
L6D2: Missed
L6D3: 7:58. That was hard.

Hey G-Money -
I just realized we're right at the same level. I finished L5D3 at 4:55 on 3/21. Instead of starting L6, I decided to switch things up and start over at L1 with progressively heavier weight vests. It will be interesting to see how our different strategies help us progress. Good luck!

Re: G-Money's Log
Hello (Again) SimpleFit Community,
So I'm back. I've been doing some form of SimpleFit for the last few years but obviously not keeping note of it on this forum. I I just read through my previous logs and re-realized that I really enjoyed keeping a log here, although I do have the phone app but it's just not the same. The forum helps keeps me honest.
So just to update you, I have basically oscillated between L1 & L5 throughout the last 5 years never reaching L6 again but I hope to change that soon. During my time off, I worked a lot on barbell lifts but have been without a gym membership (cheap) for about a year and a half now and have not been working out on a consistent basis. I do SimpleFit for 4 to 6 weeks and then life happens and I do nothing for 2 to 3 months. Partly due to my inactivity I had put on some of the weight that I had lost back in 2009-2010. So the last five weeks of 8, I have been following a fast mimicking diet that has brought me to a weight lower than the one I was at back in 2011. During this time I have gotten back into a SimpleFit routine and I hope to keep it up. Hopefully utilizing the forum will aid in that endeavor.
Ok, down to brass tacks, I will be entering L4 after a L3D3 time of 4:11 on May 13th, which is slightly lower than the 4:20 that I put up back on Oct 5, 2015. I plan to do D1 on Monday in a fasted state before I eat a late lunch. I'll see you on the other side.

Keep it up and don't forget to rest! Good form is a great way to pace yourself, and the first week of a level up is really tough.
