L5 D3 - 10:06
Still getting faster which is good. Once my accounting exam is done on 20 Oct, I'm hoping to have some more time to get SF workouts in and get back on track to beating L5.

Re: Jonathan22's log
Well....
Work severely got in the way in Oct. I also transitioned from just running to Hal Higdon's intermediate 5k plan. That worked pretty well from Oct to mid-Dec when I got the idea to try and do another ultramarathon. In Jan I decided I really wasn't committed to that plan and kinda had an off month workout wise. In Feb I ran a 1/2 marathon with my worse time ever. Kind of expected since basically took the month of Jan off. In Feb I started running again but hurt my back playing Rugby with on oldest. So I also started back with some bodyweight stuff as well as yoga to strengthen the core.
Which brings us all up the speed.
2x per week I do 10 mins of deck of cards workout (burpees, pushups, situps, jumping jacks). 1x week I do 10 mins of day 1 level 1 simplefit. Last workout was 14 rounds. I also run 2, 4, 2, 4, 2, 6 miles for a total of 20 miles per week. Also, 40 mins of yoga.
Right now we are ramping up our time in Hong Kong and repatriating back to the US. Since life is so busy, this schedule keeps me active but allows me to focus on everything else that's going on.
Once I get back to the US, I plan to restart SF officially and take it from there.

Re: Jonathan22's log
That looks like a pretty motivated overall workout schedule already. We'll look forward to seeing how it translates back into the simplefit routine.
