Re: Kaos' log
15th week (Nov 14-18)
L4D1
16 rounds
L4D2
(0'58'', 0'58'', 0'59'', 0'58'', 0'56'')=2'89''
L4D3
4'28''
Notes: So this time I actually did my excercises as they should be done, and managed to still better my previous week's time. On to level 5.

Re: Kaos' log
Fantastic progress. Very impressive!

L5D1
15 rounds
L5D2
(1'16'', 1'09'', 1'11'', 1'14'', 1'08'')=5'58''
L5D3
6'03''
Notes: I don't know why, but I felt that this particular level was a really hard step up from the last one; it seemed really hard for me to keep my times down. Next week, my healing week, I'll try variations of the exercises I've done so far.

L2D2
6'68''
Notes: I wanted to try something different for this week, because of that I did variations of the normal Simplefit exercises.

- Instead of doing the normal bodyrow, I crossed my arms on an 'X' infront of me and pulled towards the side until I had my elbows and shoulders on a straight line, doing a 90º angle with my arm.
- I sub'd the normal push ups with three variations: diamond pushups, military pushups and dive bomber pushups.
- I changed the standards squats with standard lunges (without added weight).

18th week (Dic 5-9)
L5D1
12 rounds
L5D2
(1'08'', 1'11'', 1'10'', 1'13'', 1'13'')=5'55''
L5D3
6'14''
Notes: I think I found a hard limit to my advancement in this program, at least at the pace I was going at. Level 5 seems to be taking a heavy toll on me, as shown by D1's low round count. This might be the level that'll take the longest to past just yet.

Re: Kaos' log
I'm sure L5 is going to be a huge climb for me as well. It is interesting that I'm doing 20 rounds for D1 now, but am much slower on D2 and D3. I suspect that the D2 D3 times are a better predictor of when you'll level up.
Re: Kaos' log
Yeah, D1 isn't really a good indicator on whether you level up or not; D2 is where it's at.

19th week (Dec 12-16)
L5D1
12 rounds
L5D2
(1'14'', 1'10'', 1'12'', 1'13'', 1'10'')=5'59''
L5D3
4'42''
Notes: It seems that my exhaustion was to do some other problems (as in non-physical) and that's why I didn't managed to improve on my times. But the day before D3, I went trecking to the top of a volcano with some friends and it seems that the renewed air and experience charged me. I was tired that day, I even contemplated no doing my D3 routine since I thought I had done plenty of exercise for the week, but I still did it. Amazingly (I still can't believe it myself) I managed to break the less than 5min mark and level up.

Re: Kaos' log
Terrific! That is really great progress!
Re: Kaos' log
I know, man! I still can't believe I managed to get pass L5 that one time.

20th week (Dec 19-23)
L6D1
16 rounds
L6D2
(1'26'', 1'22'', 1'49'', 1'26'', 1'23'')=6'46''
L6D3
7'24''
Notes: It seems I need to do mountain climbing more often! hahahaha So yeah, this week was back to reality/normal routine and as such L6 tore me down like nobody's business.

Re: Kaos' log
Those look like great numbers for the first week at L6! Keep at it!

21th week (Dec 26-30)

L3D2
(1'12'', 1'02'', 1'19'', 0'58'', 1'03', 1'15'')=6'09''
L3D2
4'44''
Notes: This is the usual variation week, hence the 3 level drop. The first day had to stop doing lounges and do sit ups instead since I hurt my knee while doing one.
