Nice job! I'm quite impressed by your doing 2 x 16 on the pulls

Week 40. Level 3
Took an easy/recovery week before starting level 7.
D1. 27 rounds
D2. 8:25
D3. 4:12
I am in a hotel room with no pull-up bar available. I did the pull-ups on the bathroom door, dragging myself up along the surface. Adds resistance and removes any and all body swing. I was able to do them with a set of 11 then 5.

Re: Pilgrim1312 log
Well, I thought that doing level six meant I was on a good trajectory. My first go at level 7, D1 resulted in a disappointing 16 rounds. I took a few weeks off completely to allow some aches and pains to go away. I have decided to start over at the very beginning, level one.
I am going to set my day one goal for each level at 25 rounds. I figure that 20 mins x 60 seconds is 1200 seconds. I set my timer app on the iPad for 48 seconds and go from there ( 1200/48=25). Day two I will follow the programs timing method but I will not really shoot for short times. I will use this day to focus on range of motion and form.
I'm going to get back to level 7 eventually. Now that I know I can do it, I feel less pressure on myself to get there before I'm ready.

Week 43
Level 2
D1. 25 rounds
D2. 5:09
D3. 2:40
I did day one and two in a hotel with no pull up bar. I used the bathroom door for pull-ups which added some difficulty. O to level 3.

Week 44
Level 3
D1. 25
D2. 7:40 with 2 minute rest periods
D3. 3:20
I was doing c25k running, but now have shin splints something dreadful. Something like this happens every time intake up running ( plantar fasciitis, turf toe, Morton's neuroma etc...). I am sticking to hiking and Kettlebell swings/snatches for off day stuff. Starting level 4 on Tuesday.

Week 45
Level 4
D1. 25 rounds. I think I could have pushed harder, but I'm still pretty happy with this. I'm still keeping my timer on 48 second cycles to keep me on the 25 round track. I think this will catch up to me difficulty wise next level or so.
D2. 6:57 with two minute rest cycles.
D3. 4:32. On to level 5.

Week 46
Level 5
D1. 25 rounds
D2. 12:39. Paused at the top and bottom of each rep, movement was slow and controlled.
D3. 4:58. After about 11 pull-ups I felt very weak. If not for a breakneck pace on the squats I would have been well over five minutes.
Last time I was did level 6 it took me a little over 1.5 months to hit the five minute mark. I am not in any hurry to beat it this time.
Weight is hovering around 182 lb. (+/- .5 ).

Week 47, level 6
D1. 25 rounds. This was very taxing, I will shoot for the same number at least one more week.
D2. 15:03. On sets 4 and 5 I had to break up the push-ups into smaller bunches. My short term goal, will be to make it through the 4th set without doing that.
D3. 9:37. This is about where I was in week 23. It took 18 weeks to move through level 6 back then. Not that I'm in a hurry, I just like to note tidbits like this. I did pull ups 8,8,6,4,4,2. Push-ups were 16,16, 10,5,5,5,5,2. Squats were all out. I took a lot of time to finish the push-ups.

Week 49. Level 6
D1. 26 rounds. Very exhausting, but this day gives me a terrific sense of accomplishment. I want to hit 26 rounds again, then 27 in week 51. Using the timer the way I do helps me a great deal.
D2. Not timed. This is due to waking up for work at 0130 and feeling drained by the time I got a chance to exercise. I get a little batty if my routine gets disrupted, so I felt compelled to workout despite the fatigue. Glad I did. I do varying narrow/wide pull-ups and push-ups, holding my knees out parallel with the ground.
D3. 6:56. Over a minute shaved off from last week! Pull up 1st set was 15. Push up 30. This is the number I am trying to make progress in, should help the times drop.

Week 51. Level 6
D1. 27 rounds
D2. Not timed. Some fatigue from early (0230) work issues so didn't feel up to timing it.
