Week 61. Level 6
Day 1. 24 rounds

Nice job on level 6. Those are great times for only the third week at it!

Re: Pilgrim1312 log
Took some time off from SF just to play around with other programs. Coming back to it for lots of reasons, mostly because its so simple ( like the name implies ). Figured I'd start all over from Level one.
D1. 41 rounds.
D2. 5:54
D3. 1:47.
I think I'll go ahead and jump to level three.

Re: Pilgrim1312 log
Hi, this is my first day on this site. Looks like a great community here.
I was wondering if there were any detailed bodyweight workouts for a three day split. My current level - 10 pull up, 25 push ups, 20 squats in 5 mins. My aim is to bulk as i am 6 ft 2 and weigh 157 pounds.
Would really appreciate the help.
Thank you in advance.

Level 5.
D1. 25 rounds
D2. 9:06
D3. 4:52
Upward and onward.
Kazikame, you could try to find any traditional three day spilt program and substitute BW exercises ( pistol for squats, handstand push-ups for shoulder work, etc...). Convict Conditioning has some programs, look up the Good Behavior program for details. Bulking up is affected by diet, exercise sets and reps and other factors. The biggest consideration is genetics. Your best bet is to maximize your genetic tendencies, not battle with them. You can be incredibly strong without 21" arms. Good luck and welcome.

Re: Pilgrim1312 log
Still level 6
D1. 26 rounds. This was tough, setting a limit on each rep kept me on track for sure. Left to my own devices I would have put up a lower number.
D2. 15:18. I did sets 1,3 and 5 wide. 2 and 3 were narrow. I'll reverse that next week.
D3. 6:56. Almost a minute off from last week.
I am now adhering to the nosdiet.com in keeping with the simple concept. Only going to do weekly weigh ins.

What do you mean by 'setting a limit on each rep'?

Re: Pilgrim1312 log
Jk, what I meant by the limit on the rep is setting a defined time frame for each round. I know it isn't clear the way I wrote it. If I hope to complete 25 rounds on day one, I give myself 48 seconds for each round. That keeps me on track. Sorry.

Level one.
Experienced tendinitis in my left elbow so I took December off to heal. Better safe than sorry as I have a tendency to just push through injury.
D1. 33 rounds
D2. 5:48 with 2 min rest periods.
D3. 2:12
