good job on those rounds I am trying to get mine down there as well. I am probably resting about 2-3 minutes in between rounds and feel a little burnt out when I goto the next round, maybe I need to rest just a little bit more who knows.

Yeah, I feel a little winded still when starting each new round. On level 6, my rest breaks were usually just under 2 minutes, but on level 7 I'm needing to take the full 3 minute break between rounds. I was hurting during rounds 4 and 5 today...I can tell I haven't been consistent with my workouts lately.

Heck I have been pretty consistent and I am still hurting at round 4 and 5 lol. But it is getting better I really need to work on being able to pump out more squats. When I do the day 3 workout and have to do 80 squats it sucks having to take a break after only 45 squats.

Level 7 - Week 3

Day 1: 26 rounds.

Up three rounds from last week. Felt pretty good for the first 15 rounds, then the fatigue really started setting in. The next 5 or 6 rounds were pretty tough, but I was doing something resembling decent form. The last few rounds were just miserable :) Pretty poor form, breaks after every single round, etc.

I feel you on the form I wish I had someone there to yell at me when it deteriorated, but you do the best you can. Congrats on the 3 extra rounds.

Day 3 question

Post by igendelev »

Hi,
I am wondering, how long do you rest between the pull-up sets?
Thanks
