25 years old male.
Started smoking at age of 14, so I was always week and skinny, but I have decided to change.
January 4th 2012 I quited smoking, recently I started simplefit program and I like it.
Exercises keeps me away from cigarettes, and I want to keep it that way
Mine main goal is to "repair" lungs, so in mine rest days I do stair climbing.
Short term goals : 30 push-ups in a row. Last time I tried I did 20
