Public pool. Many retired types - so not bad. Some young kids (age 15 -17) came in right as we finished. They seemed appropriately curious and intimidated. Got the company name out
The lifeguard was really relaxed about it. The swim coach came in and gave us kudos for our work. I know him well so it was all really cool.

135 - 145 - 155 - 165PR - 175F STOP!
Went for this one after skipping the last 3 day cycle. Just needed the rest. Body said "whoa there!" and I listened. Still had a bit of a kink in my back so I stopped after the first fail. Really just wanted the PR.

Every so often I like to do L1D1 to get perspective.
Tonight I did 42 rounds.
First time I did it: viewtopic.php?t=232&start=0

Holy freaking crap, sir! That's nuts! 365 is impressive by any means. Any chance that would would know how different Dlifting with a straight barbell is from a shrug bar? That's all we used at my HS for DLifting and I believe my PR with that bar was like 355 or something in my stronger days. I tried some light deadlifts with a straight barbell not long ago, and holy crap it felt harder. Do you suppose thats just me?
PS- getting lots of practice in per your suggestion. Thanks!
