I was doing housing projects all day, but I didn't want to put off today. I took about two hours to unwind then motivated. My plan was to do the pullups in 5s, but I banged out six in the first rep without thinking. It is hard to balance your energy and enthusiasm within the time constraint. Squats were hard because my legs were already pretty tired from the day. (Pull-ups: 6,5,3,3,3; push-ups: 21,10,10; squats: 41 nonstop)

Lvl 4, D1, 26 reps.
Did stretches, too. I think fear of falling is hampering my handstands.

I had trouble hitting the button this time, too. I think that's my best time yet, though!

Lvl 4, D3, 7:11
Pull: 4,4,4,2,2,2,2
Push: 18,10,9,4 (best guess, it added up when I did them)
Squats: 41
I figured I could do 5 sets of 4 pull-ups in 2 minutes (30 second per rep with rest) then I would have 3 minutes for the other exercises. I can't tell if my mind is crapping out or my muscles. I was burnt by 12 pull-ups and that fatigued carried over to the push-ups. I am plateauing which is frustrating, but it must mean that my subgroups are catching up. I think I have one more week until rest week.

Also, did stretched this evening.

I want to welcome all our new Russian comrades to this sight. How do you write Delta Bravo in Cyrillic?

Lvl 4, D1, 21 reps. I thought if I started really slow I would beat the lull at 13 reps. Really all that happened was I kept a slow pace. Next week is ready well, but after that I'm going to attempt to do l the 1st 8 averaging about a minute and then go down to 40 second reps. Also, did stretches last night.

Friday, Lvl 4, D2, 5:06? Timer fail on the last rep, so I used the stopwatch, but I did 20 pushups instead of 12 ... not focused.
Monday, Lvl 4, D3, 6:14. I used a combination of 3 reps then 2 reps for the pull-ups. It seemed to work well. The last 3-2 set was kipped out and strained. I'm going to focus on this going forward. Push-ups were 15,11,10,5.

Returning from a rest week and then a slack week.
Lvl 4, D1, 21 reps. Amazing how fast you slip, huh?

Lvl 4, D3, 6:06
Pulls: 5,5,3,2,3,2 (forced myself to take longer tests between sets to avoid failure)
Push: 11,10,10,10 (form not great)
Squats: 41 (didn't go as deep as D2)

Lvl 4, D1, 23 reps.
Tried to rest on the fives. Motivation was lagging and push-ups were hard last night, but I got it done and did better than last week.
I'm trying to make another mid-term goal for myself to keep focused.

Got the hustle on Rep 3 and kept up the momentum. I love Day 2 right now. So important to divert focus from fatigue to "go!go!go!". I'm getting close to graduation here!

Got every rep under a minute, psyching myself up between sets to really go for it. Concentrated on exhale of squats and high speed push-ups. Noticed that fatigue between sets wasn't bad at all ... now for day 3 ...
