I started the programme yesterday level 1 day 1. 20 mins of 1 pull-ups, 2 push up and 3 squats. Felt like a great workout as my arms felt shakey a while after and was sweating etc. woke up this morning with all the used muscles sore when being used. As the the day went on it became worse, guess these muscles have not been used in a while. Hoping I recover tomorrow as I want to run then day 2 of SF the following day.
