Subs for pull-ups

Post by Achlys »

Hello,

I'm going to start with simplefit, but I'm not able to make a single pull-up, so I'm going to start with sub pull-ups proposed in this page:
http://www.simplefit.org/pullup.html

This page says that 1 regular pull-up is equal to 3 subs. Does this mean that I've to change the level 1 exercises and multiply for 3 the pull-up numbers?
L1 D1 (max rounds in 20 min): 3 sub pull-ups, 2 push-ups, 3 squats
L1 D2 (5 rounds for time): 6 sub pull-ups, 6 push-ups, 10 squats
L1 D3 (for time): 30 sub pull-ups, 21 push-ups, 21 squats

Thank you very much,

Achlys
