Just retuning to simplefit as weights are not helping my bad back.
On day one I am sticking with it as written.
Day two I am keeping the sets a reps as written but using half quarter bodyweight in each hand DB floor press and band pull aparts and jumping lunges. I won't change the weight over the weeks, just alter the reps as they progress from each level.
Day three is kept the same.

Cheapo used a weight vest, sounds simpler ... Jumping squats are great
