Not bad after big curry last night.

Averaging 5 hours sleep a night atm

L8D2 - 6 rounds 540 reps

Last 2 rounds did curjs instead of squats. Why not!

Felt rubbish today but did ok.

I have still been training.

Finally completed L8D3 in 10 mins.

I adjusted the program, increasing the Day 1 workout to 30 minutes, and Day 2 I changed to AMRAP of the prescriped reps in 30 mins also. I also added a Day 4 as a 'ladder workout'. 1x pullups, 2x pushups, 3x squats. Add 1 rep each round. I.e. the 2nd round would be 2 pullups, 4 pushups, 6 squats. I do that for 30 mins max effort also.

Now I'm onto weighted vest version of the above - 5kg added to the vest.

I am still training. I am on level 8 using a 5kg weights vest. My sessions currently look like:

- Ladder day for 30 mins
- Day 1 for 30 mins
- Day 2 AMRAP for 30 mins
- Day 3 with a 10 minute goal

However I'm going to tinker again. I'm going to add more upper body work, alternating every workout with an upper body only version, to hopefully strengthen myself for the Day 3 judgement days. I know it's not the squats holding me back at this point, it's the pulls and pushups.

I'm thinking of just using the same workout and structures but without the squats at all, so it's generally just attacking my body with more upper body volume work. We'll see.
